How much is the platform commission?

We take a 15% commission on each class booking. The rest goes directly to you! This helps us cover payment processing, customer support, and platform improvements.

What's the class cancellation policy?

You can cancel a class anytime, but if students have already booked, we recommend giving at least 24 hours' notice. The students will get fully refunded, and no fees will be taken.

Can I duplicate classes to save time?

Yes! You can easily duplicate any class from your dashboard. Just go to your class list on My Calendar, click "Duplicate," and edit the date, time, or any other details. You can also make a class recurring by checking the box in the Recurring Class field.

When do I get paid?

Payments are sent to your linked account within 5–7 business days after each class takes place.

What's the package expiration policy?

If you offer a set pack (5-class, 10-class, or 20-class packages), here's the default expiration: 5 packs expire after 60 days, 10 packs expire after 90 months and 20 packs expire after 180 days. Expiration starts from the date of purchase.

How do I get paid for a package booking?

Accepted Answer

When a customer purchases a package, you will receive 25% of the net package amount upfront. The remaining 75% is released on a prorated basis each time the customer books one of your classes using their package credits.

Question 7

What if the customer doesn't use up their package before it expires?

Accepted Answer

Customers are responsible for using their package within the set expiration period. If a package expires with unused classes, you will receive the remaining unused balance within 5–7 business days after the expiration date.
