Sage Urbaez

Hello all, my name is Sage Urbaez I'm a current student at San Francisco State University pursuing my degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Athletic Coaching. I've played soccer through out my whole life and have experience playing at the collegiate level at Cal Poly Humboldt and for UPSL side C.F San Rafael. Through my 8 years of coaching experience I have coached all age groups from micro soccer with 5 and 6 year olds, all the way to college players. I'm passionate about my athletes development both on the field as players and off the field as people. Through my training I look to develop the technical ability of my players, body mechanics, fitness, and overall understanding of the game. I look to do this through active ball mastery drills that incorporate game realistic scenarios, and games that are both realistic and fun but also keep a level of competitiveness and intensity.
