Sqvadron Parkour

Sqvadron Parkour is an outdoor movement program designed to help you reconnect with how your body was meant to move, regardless of your experience level. Designed by world champion athlete Darryl Stingley (@iamwavezilla), our sessions are built for everyday people who want to feel stronger, more capable, and more at home in their own bodies. Whether you’re brand new or returning to movement, you’ll learn the basics: How to jump, balance, land, vault, and swing, in a safe, supportive group setting. We move at your pace. There’s no pressure, just clear coaching, thoughtful progressions, and a crew that’s got your back.
