About This Class
My boxing class we will work on footwork, defense , and how to throw punches correctly with speed and power. The details of weight transfer, and the twist of the shoulders and hips will be highly emphasized to help you achieve the ultimate high of being explosive in your training. This workout is for all ages and sizes.
What to Bring
Bring hand wraps and boxing gloves.
How to Find Us
The class is at Kimbell park. There is a huge soccer field there. I'm 6'4 220 so you can't miss me. :)
